Private Training Session $90 • 1 visit
Elite| Ramp Up | 10 Sessions $750 • 10 visits • Before entering any program, all of our athletes must complete the 10 session ramp up protocol regardless of physical maturity or athletic ability. During these 10 session, the athlete will work privately with a coach to learn form, technique, how to translate weight room strength training to on field production. Evidently proper execution is paramount, which is our primary focus. But we also use this time to focus on mind-muscle connectivity, breaking down muscle activation during each movement. Upon completion of the Rampup, the athlete will have learned how to master movement patterns, proper weight room etiquette, coaching cues and proper form and technique. They will then be ready to join our groups.
Positional Group Training | 10 Sessions $750 • 10 visits • This is for private training (outside of regular programs) in a small group setting or more than one athlete in the session.
Positional Group Training | 15 Sessions $1,050 • 15 visits

Collegiate | Performance Training| Weekly $250 every week • Unlimited visits • This is for Collegiate level athletes.
This plan pays for Training Only - 1 hour of Field work and 1 hour of weight room performance lifting. 5 days/wk
Collegiate | Performance Training | Monthly $750 every month • Unlimited visits • This program is designed for collegiate-levelled Athletes.

It includes both:
1. pre-workout Treatment in the on-site recovery center, (Rebuildyou.com) a
2. field work training and weight room performance training (trenchacademy.com).

This is a 5 day/wk program.
