Elite Performance Training \| At Home Programming $65 every week • Unlimited visits • This is an Elite Performance training program paid for and released weekly. The program includes access to our Training app where the programs are released and workouts are tracked. The program also includes coaching instruction tips and videos The programs are structured in such a way that can be completed using a full gym or at home weight/equipment substitutions (suggested weight/equipment substitutions are given)
Academy \| Position Specific Training \| Monthly $300 every month • Unlimited visits • This Membership are for Athletes wanting to participate in the Academy, position specific training programs on Saturdays ONLY. INCLUDES: Position Specific Training for Oline, Dline, Linebackers, Tight Ends, Dbacks, and Receivers Film Study and Analysis Collegiate Recruiting Consulting Opponent Breakdown and Scouting Report
Position Training\| 3x/wk\| Monthly $780 every month • 3 visits per Week • This is a private training membership that allows 3 private training session per week. Unused sessions DO NOT roll over. Membership auto renews each month until a 1 month written notice of cancellation is received via email to info@thetrenchacademy.com. This membership also includes a full PowerHouse membership.
