The Athlete will be required to provide film, transcripts, goals as well as a completed questionnaire prior to the consultation to give us time to evaluate the data.

Though we will provide the best next steps to take, the athlete is not obligated to do recommended services through us. However, the cost of this initial consultation would be credited towards any package purchased should they choose to.


*** PLEASE NOTE If you do not have any game film for tackle football (not 7 on 7 or flag) you will be required to do a physical evaluation at The Trench Academy for an additional $75.
