Hands-on Treatment refers to Body Work and Sports Massage. This package can be used for either service or a mix of the two. ie. use one session for body work and another for sports massage.

Body Work is a combination of treatment modalities used to help treat/alleviate muscle pain/soreness, acute injuries etc. Treatment modalities may include but are not limited to: Assisted PNF Stretching, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage, Cupping/IR Cupping, Dry Needling etc.

Sports Massage uses a combination of Myofascial, Neuromuscular, & other techniques will be utilized as needed to get each client the results intended. This service can be full body (60mins) or half body (30mins) depending on your needs.
