CFL| Full training package + Nutrition + Housing | 1 week

One week of Training includes:

Treatment before and after training
Strength training 5 days/week
Speed and agility training 5 days/week
Position Training 3x/week
3 meals + 1 Shake per day Monday-Friday
Shared Housing with like Athletes. Each athlete will have a private bedroom and bathroom. The stay is from Sunday-Saturday.
