TRAIN . LOOK. FEEL like a pro athlete in this training program for Adults. This program is intended for individuals looking to take their bodies and performance to a new level.

Features:

  • 2x/week Performance Training

   *60 mins Weight Room Work- Performance based lifting, mobility & structure development.

   *30 mins Field work- Speed, Agility, Athletic conditioning (Optional)

  • 1 Nutrition Consultation with on-site 7.7 Nutrition
  • SECA Body Comp. scans on-site
  • Full Access PowerHouse Membership on-site
* This plan allots 2 sessions per week. Unused sessions may roll over however only a maximum of 4 sessions can roll over to the following month. If those sessions are not all used, you will lose them.
**Note that with the workout app, clients can still follow the program or do it on there own if they are unable to make the session/s.
